Q: What are aesthetics and where do I fit?

We have a much different shopping experience available! We aim for those in Gen-Z that want a fast-paced shopping experience and no time to waste. Our aesthetics consist of the latest style categories that are trending, popular, and have a unique niche to each one. Where do you fit? That is up to you to decide.

Q: How long will it take for my order to get to me?

Most orders will usually take 15-30 days for delivery; however, due to COVID-19, customs issues, and other possible delays, orders can take from 30 to 90 days to deliver. In the rare case your order takes over 90 days to deliver, we offer a 90-day money back guarantee for your peace of mind. If you do not receive your order within 90 days from the date you placed it, you will be eligible for a full refund, even if you do eventually receive the order.

Q: Where is my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including the tracking information. The estimated delivery date depends on the country you are located in. Please remember that the delivery date is an estimate, so your order may arrive slightly earlier, on, or slightly after your estimated delivery date.

Q: Why is there no tracking update?

If there is no tracking information a few days between updates, the reason is that it may take 3-5 days for the tracking information to be updated while the shipping company is working to process orders. If it takes longer than 3 days, no need to worry, tracking information updates when it arrives at each destination. 

Q: How do I cancel my order?

Orders can only be cancelled before they have been shipped. Orders ship out between 1-7 days after order placement. If you have not received a shipping confirmation email, that means your order is still eligible for cancellation. If you need to cancel your order, contact us at contact@tyaesthetics.com.

Q: What is the return policy?

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us through contact@tyaesthetics.com and send us a photo of the item. We'll be happy to assist. We DO NOT offer returns in order to prioritize sustainability. Our reason for this: Every return has a carbon footprint. Shipping things back and forth creates needless greenhouse gas emissions. In addition, we cannot resell returned items and we do not wish to create more waste in landfills. So, if there is a problem with your order, just contact us and tell us what went wrong, send a few photos of the item(s), and we will give you a full refund once we review the information and the photos received from you. As a disclaimer, we will determine your eligibility for a refund based on the information you provide us. Then, if possible, you can donate your product to a local charity, thrift store, or recycle it. To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once again, feel free to get in touch with us so we can help!

Q: How do I track my order?

At the footer of our website you will find, Track my Order, in which you can enter your order number and email, or your tracking number. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email from us in which you can track your order directly from there. If you order multiple items, they may be in different shipments. All items are made and shipped from different locations. Because every item is made-to-order from various locations, your order may be split up into multiple shipments and shipped at varied times. Due to the different processing times and shipping locations, sometimes we are unable to combine shipments. Where possible, any items shipped from the same location with be combined into a single shipment. You will be able to track your entire order from the tracking link attached to the shipping confirmation email as well as directly from the Track My Order link.

Q: How do I make sure I order the right size?

We have a standard sizing chart to give the most accurate sizing possible. We recommend selecting the size that most commonly fits you, as well as keeping in mind that we sell according to U.S. sizes and you will need to use a size-conversion chart for other countries' sizes. Any item with labels such as "Oversized", "Slim fit", etc. should fit as advertised when ordering your usual size, so take note of product names or descriptions. 

Q: Where is my refund?

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment used on an order in the event that your order:
-Is cancelled
-One or more of your items have sold out before your order was able to be processed
-You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item
Refunds can take up to 3-10 business days to process and post to your account, depending on your financial institution.

Q: An item added to my shopping bag was sold out.

The item is only reserved once your purchase is completed during the checkout process. If an item is popular and in limited stock, it might be sold out once you reach the checkout. Stock availability cannot be guaranteed. 

Q: Can I make changes to the order I just placed?

It is only possible to make a change to your order within 24 hours of placing it and only if the order has not been processed. We process orders very quickly, so changes cannot always be fulfilled. You must immediately email us at contact@tyaesthetics.com (within the 24 hours) with your change request details included. 

Q: Do you ship to my country?

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia, and we are looking to expand soon!

Q: What material are the clothes made of?

All of our clothing items are individually labeled in the description of the product page. Each fabric the clothing item is made of will be listed starting from the largest percentage fabric used, to the least percentage fabric used.
